This service allows delivery no later than 2 days from the day following the issuance of the invoice, for EU orders and 8 working days for outside EU orders.
- Custom duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to delays in their passage through customs and/or import duties once they arrive in the destination country outside the EU.
We do not cover this cost, so you will be responsible for paying any important charges that may be added.

- Exchanges/Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Flamingo products returned incomplete, modified, damage and/or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
Articles are only accepted accompanied by a sales receipt.
Please note that Flamingo cannot take back personalized products.
Flamingo only assists Flamingo products (products marketed by Flamingo).
We only accept returns/exchanges of defective manufacturing products up to 30 days from the date of invoice. After that date, the displayed reason will be analysed.
The shipping cost of repairs and returns is the responsibility of the customer if the term of 30 working days has been exceeded.
The refund amount, excluding the shipping costs, will be processed in the same way as the original payment or, if you prefer, in a Flamingo voucher. Shipping costs are not refundable.
